Would you be interested to know that Project Swole will soon be undergoing a redesign? I’ve already expanded the layout to 1000 pixels where it was once only 800 pixels, but a whole new graphical layout is coming out shortly, and I’m thinking of installing the Social Networking plugin Mingle to let Project Swole readers connect with each other more easily. Stand And Fight Or Run And Leave

Why are people in South Africa leaving by the thousands? Once a promising young democracy, South Africa has degenerated into a hell that makes the Wild West look like a Theme Park. In a population of 50 million, South Africa has one of the world’s highest murder rates, at 37 per 100,000 inhabitants, it’s 6 times America’s rate and nearly 20 times Britain’s.

The truth is, stretching may not do either of these things. Stretching before workouts hasn’t been shown to significantly reduce injuries and it may actually hurt performance for certain activities. Whether stretching after workouts can reduce soreness is still up in the air, but many studies show it doesn’t help much there either.

The question is: Why stretch at all?

A powerful punch is an understatement when using Pro Acai Max! If you look around the market, with any type of product there is a lack of focus on men.
