When I started my new healthy eating journey, I wasn’t following any specific diet plan but I had heard of the slow carb diet. I’m not sure who created it or how long it has been around but it has gained a ton of popularity due to Tim Ferriss’ book The 4-Hour Body. I have been a fan of Tim’s since reading his first book, The 4-Hour Workweek.
I am currently reading The 4-Hour Body and I’m enjoying the information very much.

PBS NewsHour: Report: Push For Electronic Medical Records Overlooks Security GapsThe Office of the Inspector General found “a lack of general [information technology] security controls during prior audits at Medicare contractors, State Medicaid agencies, and hospitals.” The investigation audited computer security at seven large hospitals in different states, and found 151 major vulnerabilities, including unencrypted wireless connections, easy passwords, and even a taped-over door lock on a room used for data storage. Now that I have started the intermediate level of Turbulence Training and combine Insanity on my off days, I knew I had to work on my diet next. I don’t consider myself a terrible eater but I could really stand to clean up my act. The working out is really fun for me and it became a habit for me years ago. However, my eating habits were something I never really pushed myself too hard on.
