I recently got a new personal training client, someone who didn’t have much experience with weight training, much less a personal trainer. A few sessions in, I decided to bring in the Big Dog (which is what I call my BOSU Balance Trainer), something that usually scares the uninitiated. This client is no shrinking violet and barely blinked when I hauled it into her living room, although she did say, “What the heck is that.” I took it as a good sign that she didn’t ask what I was doing carrying around a deformed exercise ball (which is what many of my clients say).

We hear a lot about how much obesity costs us as a country, but what about the individual costs? It not only affects your pocketbook, but your mental and physical health. We can now add one more to the list: The higher cost of flying.
United Airlines has taken the step of , stating that you must be able to fit into a single seat, be able to fasten the seatbelt with an extender and be able to put the armrests down. If you can’t, they’ll try to seat you next to an empty seat but, if there are no empty seats, you maybe have to purchase a second seat.
They aren’t the first airline to do this.

When it comes to staying in shape, maintaining the ideal body weight and toning up, might not always be an easy task. It is essential to apportion a certain amount of time of the day to exercise and keep fit but not everyone has the time to go to the gym or to an aerobics class, hence aerobics videos were considered of. Set aside its convenience to work out at home, it is fun, gives people the privacy to work out alone or with a select group of friends and is certainly an affordable option unlike a gym or an exercise class.
Although aerobics videos might be easy to understand with a step by step guide provided by the instructor on video, it sometimes might be hard to get used to.
